The Role:

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Jewelery Inventory and Production Manager to join our team. This role combines inventory oversight with the strategic management of production processes, ensuring smooth operations from material sourcing to finished products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory and production management, with an eye for quality and a passion for the jewellery industry.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all jewellery inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  
• Bill of Materials (BOM): Create and manage comprehensive Bills of Materials, detailing the components required to build each product for SKUs creation for accurate tracking and production.
  
• Quality Control: Oversee and ensure the quality of jewellers' work meets the highest standards before final approval.
  
• Production Scheduling: Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining efficiency and minimizing delays with in-house, local and offshore production factories.
  
• Team Coordination:Collaborate with jewellers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on production priorities and inventory needs.
  
• Supplier Management: Source and manage suppliers for raw materials, ensuring high-quality inputs and cost-effective procurement.
  
• Production Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end production process, addressing challenges, improving workflows, and optimizing productivity.
  
• System Management: Utilize and maintain inventory management systems like Cin7 or similar to ensure seamless integration between inventory and production processes.

This position blends artistic vision, technical expertise, and strategic leadership to craft jewellery that embodies our brand identity while staying ahead of industry trends.
• With 5+ years of hands-on design experience, you will conceptualise and develop unique, captivating pieces that reflect our aesthetic and craftsmanship values. A deep understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and artisanal techniques is essential, allowing you to create designs that are both innovative and commercially successful.
  
• While proficiency in CAD software (Rhino 3D or Matrix Gold) is required, this is not a CAD-heavy role. Instead, you will lead and guide a team of CAD designers, providing creative and technical direction to ensure design integrity and flawless execution. You will step in when necessary to refine complex elements, ensuring that every piece aligns with the Temple of the Sun vision.

• Reporting to the Managing Director, the Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing the financial transactions across all business channels. Key Responsibilities

• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations.

• - Comprehensive and expert-level knowledge of Australian accounting principles, GST, payroll, and compliance, ensuring full accuracy and compliance across all financial operations.
• - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume transactions.
• - Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
