Retail Management:

  • Manage the operations of two retail stores, with potential for additional locations.
  • Lead, motivate, and train store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Wholesale Expansion:

  • Manage and grow our wholesale department, driving relationships with existing partners and identifying new opportunities.

E-Commerce Support:

Role Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for Temple, encompassing broader marketing initiatives but with a strong focus on digital. This role is crucial for driving growth and enhancing brand presence across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels. The manager will be responsible for implementing and managing paid digital marketing initiatives and broader campaigns that support all aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a holistic marketing strategy that integrates digital, retail, and wholesale initiatives to achieve growth and brand visibility.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, including a Social Media Manager, Content Creators, and an eCommerce Coordinator, while overseeing collaboration with an external eCommerce agency.

Digital Marketing Implementation: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital marketing activities such as PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and display campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.

Broader Campaigns: Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns that incorporate retail events, collaborations, public relations efforts, and influencer marketing, aligning these with the digital strategy to create cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.

Content Coordination: Work closely with the Creative Director to produce consistent, engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity across all touch points, including social media, websites, and physical store events.

Performance Analysis: Monitor marketing performance metrics across all channels, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and campaigns for continuous improvement.

Collaboration Across Channels: Support marketing efforts for the wholesale department, ensuring alignment with the digital and retail strategies, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the wholesale customer experience.

Budget and Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver strong returns.

Innovation and Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing practices, applying best practices and innovative techniques to enhance the brand’s visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital strategies, preferably within the jewellery or fashion industry.

Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and developing teams, with the ability to lead cross-functional efforts across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO tools, and analytics software, along with an understanding of broader marketing tools and practices.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to analyse data and metrics to inform strategies and make data-driven decisions that align with the business’s goals.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and implement marketing strategies clearly and effectively.

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Jewellery Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our inventory of jewellery products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all inventory-related processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our stock and supporting the overall operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of all jewellery inventory, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  • Order Processing: Place orders to replenish inventory as needed, ensuring timely delivery and accurate quantities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Shipment Tracking: Track incoming and outgoing shipments, addressing any delays or discrepancies.

Jewellery CAD Designer | Full time

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Jewellery Designer to conceptualise and design unique, captivating jewellery in the Temple aesthetic. Your expertise in CAD and Adobe Suite will be crucial in bringing these visions to life. Working with us is an exciting opportunity to join our passionate team and contribute to the growth and success of Temple.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Rhino 3D or Matrix Gold, to create detailed and accurate 3D models of jewellery designs. Z-Brush & rendering skills not necessary but would be advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to enhance and refine 2D jewellery designs.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery manufacturing techniques.
  • Ability to interpret and understand creative director’s vision and translate them into innovative on-brand jewellery designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs within specified timelines.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and marketing departments.
  • Project management & troubleshooting skills to apply to user manuals and handovers for other departments.
  • Proven portfolio of jewellery designs showcasing creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design or a related field (preferred).
