The Role
The Product Development Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development of new jewellery collections – taking designs provided by our in-house design team and transforming them into finished, production-ready pieces. This includes material sourcing, prototype development, pricing, and managing supplier relationships. While the role does not involve designing the product, the Product Development Manager plays a critical role in advising on feasibility, construction methods, and optimisations to ensure each piece meets our standards for quality, commerciality, and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the jewellery-making process, an eye for detail, and exceptional project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- - Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into technically viable products
