1. Simply thread the tail into the buckle to form a loop.
2. Slide onto your finger
3. Pull firm around mid-finger
4. Slowly wiggle over the knuckle to get the size which is usually accurate within 1/4 of a size. 
5. Adjust to a comfortable fit ensuring it can slip over your knuckles.

*Fingers can swell, we recommend sizing at different times of day to ensure an accurate reading.
