You can check your tier status and understand its significance in two ways. Firstly, it's prominently displayed at the top of the Sun Rewards page. Additionally, once you log in to your Sun Lover Account, your tier status will be visible to see at the top of the page – near your current points total.
Golden Hour is an exclusive monthly promotion for our Sun Lover loyalty program members. It lasts for just one hour at a set time each month, offering unique incentives. This initiative is designed to reward and encourage participation in our loyalty program, showing appreciation for our supportive community members.
You can earn points for reviews post purchase. We will send you an invitation to leave us a review, please

Yes, you can use and claim your points during checkout. Next to your points total, there is a "Rewards" dropdown menu where you can select a reward to apply to your purchase. Once you select the reward you wish to use, you can click "Apply" to deduct this amount from your total purchase cost.
Yes - Your points are valid for 12 months.
Yes! Please let our lovely retail staff know if you have an account so that they can take down your details and ensure your points balance is updated. Please note, there is a delay between shopping in-store and your online balance being updated.
Our $50 Off discount is for Gold & Silver Tier only.
Yes! We offer 1 free per year for Silver Tier & 2 free per year for Gold Tier. You can read more on our re-plating service here here.
