RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Temple of the Sun we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, ethically sourced and handcrafted jewellery. Should you have a change of heart within 14 days of purchasing, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.
Please note that this change of heart policy does not cover sale items, items purchased by Afterpay or earrings (for obvious hygiene reasons).
All returns must be returned in original saleable condition & must not be worn or damaged.
Refunds will be made via the original method of purchase, minus $20 shipping and handling. This offer extends to Temple online customers only - for items purchased from one of our Temple of the Sun stockists the store of purchase.
You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us and for any costs incurred.
Returns must be by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us. You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
Please submit your return form and once the return has been confirmed by us, please pack your returns in the original packaging and make sure you include your name, email address and order number in the return and post to:

All of our jewellery is hand-finished according to the highest standard and is quality checked before we send it to you.
In the unlikely case of a faulty item however, we will gladly exchange the product within 3 months of purchasing.
You will need to include your full contact details and address, order number and photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description.
Once our team has confirmed the return, please pack the item carefully and we will arrange for your faulty item to be returned to us in Australia and will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you asap.
