• Treat your jewellery with care, as vermeil is a fine layer of 18K gold over sterling silver.

Over time, the gold layer on vermeil will naturally wear with regular use. To restore your pieces to their original brilliance, we offer a dedicated replating service - so you can continue to love and wear them for a lifetime.

Hi gorgeous team! I use to wear a lot of solid gold when I was young and switched to solid silver when I was in my teens as most gemstone jewellery was set in silver. My skin seems to turn everything blue or tarnish metals. I am transitioning back to gold and wondered whether the silver finished in brushed gold would do this?: Hi Sara, Our Gold Vermeil designs are plated in a 2.5 micron thick gold plating, over sterling silver. Tarnishing can occur if the jewellery comes into contact with chemicals, active skin care, chlorine, sanitisers etc. However, if our care instructions are followed, this can be avoided.
