This fundraiser giveaway is conducted by Temple of the Sun ("Promoter")

This fundraiser is being held in support of the Bob Brown Foundation. One hundred percent (100%) of proceeds from ticket sales will be donated directly to the Bob Brown Foundation to support its work protecting Australia's native forests from logging and post-logging burns.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The fundraiser giveaway opens upon publication and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, 5 July 2026 ("Promotional Period").

Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the draw.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, directors, contractors and immediate family members of Temple of the Sun, and any persons directly involved in the administration of this giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the draw, participants must purchase one or more fundraiser tickets via the designated Temple of the Sun fundraising page during the Promotional Period.

• Each ticket costs AUD $10.

• Each ticket purchased constitutes one (1) entry into the draw.

• Participants may purchase an unlimited number of tickets.

• Multiple ticket purchases will result in multiple entries.

No discount codes, promotional offers, gift cards, store credits, Sun Lovers rewards, loyalty points or other discounts may be applied to ticket purchases.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

A custom-made 14K Illume Sapphire Solid Gold Ring valued at AUD $6,800.

The ring features natural Australian parti sapphires that are ethically and locally sourced and handcrafted in recycled Australian gold.

The prize ring will be custom made to the winner's nominated ring size up to and not beyond size 8

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

DRAW AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place on Monday, 6 July 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of ticket purchase.

The winner will also be announced via Temple of the Sun's Instagram account on Monday, 6 July 2026.

PRIZE DELIVERY

The winner is responsible for providing accurate ring sizing and delivery information.

The Promoter will arrange delivery of the completed ring to the winner.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or delay occurring during shipping.

If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the draw, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Any redraw winner will be notified using the same method outlined above.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this fundraiser giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway, processing ticket purchases, contacting the winner and facilitating the donation to the Bob Brown Foundation.

All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participating in this giveaway or accepting or using the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

GENERAL

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in this fundraiser giveaway is lawful in their country, state, territory or jurisdiction of residence. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or award a prize where doing so would contravene any applicable law.

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entries from jurisdictions where this fundraiser giveaway would be unlawful or would require registration, licensing or other regulatory approval that has not been obtained.

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control prevent the giveaway from proceeding as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway, subject to any applicable laws.

By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
