General Sale Questions
During sale periods, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and dispatch.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express. Delivery timeframes vary by location, with Australian orders typically arriving within 1–3 business days and New Zealand orders within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted on sale items unless deemed faulty.
Unfortunately, loyalty points cannot be redeemed on sale items, including items in our EOFY Sale. Loyalty rewards can only be used on full-price items and cannot be combined with sale pricing.

Yes. Gift card vouchers are valid across all collections, including sale items, and can be redeemed at checkout.

Warranty
Our warranty policy applies to all jewellery, including Gold Vermeil, Ethical Sterling Silver, and Solid Gold pieces.
All of our jewellery is handcrafted to the highest standards and carefully quality-checked before it is sent to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, Temple of the Sun offers a six-month warranty from the completion date of your order. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover damage resulting from general wear and tear, oxidisation, accidental damage, misuse, or broken chains.
Please note that lost, damaged, or chipped diamonds and gemstones are not covered under our warranty.
Our warranty policy applies to both full-price and sale purchases.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our team at support@templeofthesun.com.au with your order number, a detailed description of the fault, and clear images of the item. Our team will review your claim and be in touch regarding the next steps.
