1. Promoter
   
   The Promoter is Temple of the Sun, ABN 59 626 461 774 of 3 Ti-Tree Place Byron Bay, New South Wales 2481 Australia.
   
   
2. Promotional period
   
   The promotion opens at 12:00pm AEDT on Thursday 15 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026 (the Promotional Period). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
   
   
3. Eligibility
   
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and its agencies involved in the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
   
   
4. How to enter
   
   To enter, eligible entrants must complete the entry form via the Promoter's Facebook or Instagram advertisement during the Promotional Period, providing their full name and email address.
   
   
5. Entry limit
   
   Each person may enter once only. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms.
   
   
6. Prize
   
   There is one prize: one Hydra Necklace in 18k Gold Vermeil. The prize is valued at RRP $529.00 AUD including GST. The prize value is correct at the time of publication.
   
   
7. Prize conditions
   
   The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. The Promoter will deliver the prize by free express shipping to an Australian address nominated by the winner. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
   
   
8. Draw
   
   The draw will take place by Friday 6 November 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
   
   
9. Winner notification
   
   The winner will be notified privately by email within two business days of the draw. The winner's first name, last initial and state will be published on this page by Friday 6 November 2026.
   
   
10. Unclaimed prize
    
    The winner must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed, a redraw will take place and any redraw winner will be notified and published in the same manner as above.
    
    
11. Privacy and marketing
    
    By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information to conduct the promotion and to send marketing emails. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at templeofthesun.com.au/pages/privacy-policy.
    
    
12. Meta
    
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates from all liability in connection with this promotion.
    
    
13. Liability
    
    Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with this promotion or the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries, or for technical failures that prevent entry.
    
    
14. General
    
     If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any direction from a relevant state or territory authority. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
