Hoop earrings were popular within the ancient Greek culture, dating back to the 5th century BC. The Baye Earrings, in cross-brushed 18k Gold Vermeil, have seven hand-shaped semi-circles that hang symmetrically and ripple in harmony as they move. The number seven has a very particular symbolic meaning; in many cultures it's considered beneficial and protective. The seven is the Seeker, the Thinker and the Searcher of Truth.

Over time, the gold layer on vermeil will naturally wear with regular use. To restore your pieces to their original brilliance, we offer a dedicated replating service - so you can continue to love and wear them for a lifetime.

Beautiful but come undone too easily.

"My husband gave me a pair for Christmas & I loved them, I got many comments daily however they kept coming undone. I tried to slightly 'stretch' metal piece that holds them in ear which helped somewhat, but unfortunately I ended up losing one and am guttered! It was alway going to happen. . . .
